If you're familiar with the original Montane Prism Jacket, imagine that but a revamped version - stripped back of what it doesn’t need from a runner's perspective.

Weighing in at a mere 200g it’s perfect for training runs when you underestimate the wind chill up on the tops or long-distance winter ultras like the spine race or the goat as an emergency/retirement layer or days out on the hill when it all goes south.

It’s lighter and more compressible than the original prism making it a perfect weapon for winter mountain ultras and fast lightweight activities. I've compressed it down to a tiny bit bigger than my fist and it stuffs into its own chest pocket.

I've used it as an additional layer when I've slowed down and began to feel cold to get me toasty again and I've also used it to go sleep in on a chilly morning when I've had no sleeping bag!

...when you gotta go, you gotta go! Howard catching some emergency Z's during his Steve Par Round.

Made from 70% recycled 25g/m2 PrimaLoft® Silver Insulation. It has a Zipped external chest pocket and a barrier Lite rip-stop outer with a DWR (Durable water repellent) .
