Terms & Conditions

  • What “Guaranteed for Life” Means

“Guaranteed for Life” covers your Montane product against faults in materials or workmanship for the functional lifetime of that product, not the lifetime of the owner.

If a product fails because of how it was made, we’ll repair it free of charge.
If it can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it with the same or nearest equivalent model.
If the issue is caused by normal wear and tear, accident, or misuse, we can still help through our Montane Repair Service, at a reasonable cost.
