If you bought directly from Montane and you've had your order for less than 30 days you can return your faulty item using our Returns Portal.
For faulty items over 30 days old please email warranty@montane.com. Please include proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation) and photos of the issue.
Our Warranty Team will assess the claim and advise whether it qualifies under "Guaranteed for Life".
If approved, we'll arrange a repair or replacement.
If you bought from a retailer
If you bought your item from a retailer and you've owned it for less than 12 months, please contact or return to the retailer you purchased from. The retailer will be able to provide you with a quick and straightforward resolution.
If you have owned your item for more than 12 months please email warranty@montane.com. You will need to include proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation) and photos of the issue. Our Warranty Team will assess the claim and advise whether it qualifies under "Guaranteed for Life". If approved, we'll arrange a repair or replacement.
